What additional fees are there? 

  • There are absolutely no additional hidden fees, taxes or surprise charges! Just a single, flat rate charge each month. We take care of employee training, overall employment and payroll, so when you hire one of our team members, all you have to do is start working with them. 

Can you provide administrative services for an entire Real Estate team?

  • Absolutely. Although pricing is not displayed for this service, we offer administrative support for an entire team or office for one flat rate. Schedule a call or send us an email to learn more.

I use a complex CRM that a TC would have to learn. How do I know that they’ll be willing to do this? 

  • When our TC’s get hired for a position, our first priority is to ensure that they are comfortable with all tools that you use specifically in your day to day. During the first few days or so, it’ll be their primary goal in addition to helping you to get acclimated to all platforms that are being used, and understand how you operate as an agent.

How is this so cheap? 

  • We carefully outsource our team from India all while ensuring that compliance, local, state and federal laws are all being followed in both the US and India. We also pay our team a substantial salary, even while they are onboarding! Once hired, we have a thorough 4 week training program that our team goes through, where they get fully immersed into general Real Estate operations in the US, New Jersey specific nuances within a Real Estate transaction, and how to be an ultimate transaction coordinator. We call it Navy Seal TC training due to how insanely helpful it is.

How do I know these TC’s will do a good job?

  • Frankly we’re not here to make false promises, but we have the data, past clients and business model proven to show that our TC’s and the workflows we’ve established WILL help you. We’ve found that what makes an Agent truly successful with a TC is being able to let go of specific items that don’t need their attention. Agents get caught up in having oversight over every single task… when you have a TC, that simply isn’t 

How is 450 a month enough money for the TC’s to get paid?

  • Depending on workload, our TC’s have the possibility to be working with up to 3 agents at a time. They still work a total of 40 hours a week, but based off past experiences throughout the years, the team is able to manage workloads and help multiple agents at once. If a TC comes to us and tells us that they are too busy, we will offload work and have another team member step in.

I’ve paid for the services. Now what?

  • Awesome! Within the next 12 hours, you will get an email with onboarding information, and a request to inform us when you are next available to connect with your TC and Customer Success manager for the first time.. We always strive to ensure every agent that works with us gets the most out of their TC, so we highly recommend this happening. If not, then we can set you up on Slack, integrate your Calendar, get your TC signed up for your platforms, and get to work! If you also would like us to handle inbox management, we’d also need your GMAIL credentials to integrate it into our communication platform, Front. 

How will the TC work on my CRM and Document maintenance platform and/or Showingtime?

  • If the website allows it, we will use your credentials to log into your CRM and Document platform. If the website allows for an assistant/admin profile, then that will be a cost that you have to incur.
